    I need a graphics driver for a HP Pavilion 6635. Win 98.
I have looked in the HP site and in www.driversguide.com.
Neither has one for this model.
The drivers on the Windows 98 cd doesn't seem to do the job,
so I can't set it to 800x600 or better.
Does anyone know of another place to look?
    Thanks for any help.

Thanks Hawk but it is the HP site I already checked and it doesn't have one for the model I have.
Yes Halo, nothing has been added to the pc so it should be the onboard thing. :)
I will try the sites you showed and report back tomorrow if it works or not.

Have you tried seeing if it is available in Windows Update?

    Vonnie,

Surely "contact us" or similar at HP should be able to help otherwise try
    www.drivers-on-line.net.nz or
    www.driverscollection.com or
    www.drivershq.com

Technical help at HP would be first place I would try. There must be someone there who could help you even if the driver isn't listed. Bazza

I downloaded a modem driver to a floppy disk, but whe i try to use it,
it says 'floppy disk isnt ready try again or cancel'.
I sent for something from HP site for the floppy disk controller.
When it comes in I will install it and try again.
    Thanks for the help.

    Vonnie,

Do you still have the Recovery disk for your machine? If all else fails you may be able to replace any missing or corrupt files from that or completely re-load everything back to the inital condition.

Reading through the specification (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...ng=en&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&docname=bph05426#top) for your machine it does seem that it should be capable (initially) of many screen resolutions.

What does the device driver information actually say about your display adaptor?

Vonnie just to clarify you were able to get to 1024x768 monitor resolution with your Monitor? as I know the 810/815 Intel GFX controller is able to hit that res in 3d apps?

do we also have two issues GFX driver and now modem? ( confuzzled )
