please if anyone knows where i might find digital audio editing sortware let me know
looking for free versions of both or something like them still for free....

sound forge 7.0 or acid pro 5




also looking for something like
noise reduction 2.0

Actually there is one called Audacity that Ive used to splice music together etc. I think it is a freebie. Google it.

 

will that alow me to delete the last 10 seconds of a song then splice the next song so there is no gap....

this is for live music i neeed to and want to get ride of some of the audience noise.

i second Audacity, it is a great free program that will do most simple audio tasks (i believe it will do all you were asking of it) and more.

 

I third And you can run it on Linux too
