Hi all!! I'm dealing with a dude that uses his PC for lots of HiDef videos and BluRay movies. The PC has a BluRay player/burner. He was using CyberLink PowerDVD that shipped with the drive, but he uninstalled it before thinking to look for the installation disc (I plainly told him "be sure you have the CD before uninstalling!"). Apparently, he lost the CD. So, we need a good media player for BluRay, HD video, and possibly M2TS files also (videos recorded via a PVR hooked up to the PC). Will VLC handle this task? Or maybe Media Player Classic if the right codec pack is installed?

    THANKS!

(I'm not really well versed in the world of HD and BluRay so I'm not sure how to handle this situation)

We found the Cyberlink disc. But a recommendation for a media player for HD video files would be great. Or an HD capable codec would be good too!
