Looking for a multiple monitor solution.

    Hi,
I currently run dual Nvidia cards (SLI) and just for fun want to try and run three monitors- expanding my desktop (and perhaps my gameplay?).

I was told say goodbye to SLI if I do this :( and a lot of the solutions I have been directed to (such as http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/products/gxm/th2go/ from Matrox) seem awfully pricey @ nearly $400 US.

Is there a simple solution [or at least a cheaper one] to adding the monitors? Or will I just have to bite the bullet and pony up the loot for an extra piece of hardware?

    Thanks for any advice,
    ~Eastpunk

    Thanks,
It seems a lot has changed recently with the Nvidia drivers and I may not need extra hardware at all :) With a bit of luck I will be posting my solution as soon as my new monitors arrive.
    Cheers,
