Looking for a program that can do this!

Hi I'm looking for a program that can monitor and save changes made to my system when I install a game.

Like I install The Sims but when I restore an image of my Hard driver it won't start because it's missing registry entries

So it would be nice if I had a program that could monitor the registry changes so I could restore them eaisly afterwards.

Please let me know if you know of such a program thx

 

One thing I can think of is Norton Uninstaller. I know it had a program that monitor any installation on your system.

As for your problem, you should re-image your HDD after you installed the games.

 

yeah norton registry tracker but it only works under a win9x enviroment.

 

I use a Norton product as well..

Norton system works has a part called Clean Sweep.. monitors all files and changes made by an install

and Norton Ghost can ghost your drive and revert it back to before if needed

 

robo problem with that program is that it cannot restore
