   I'm looking for a program that basically keeps track of how much you download, whether from a torrent or through explorer or Mozilla anything.
   
   I've done some searching but really have no idea What this application would be called.

   If you're talking about monitoring general download traffic, NetMeter: http://www.majorgeeks.com/NetMeter_d5675.html isn't bad. It keeps track of up, down and totals for the day, week, and month.
