Looking for an answer

I haI have followed the steps in the "Read me first before asking for support". I have followed them to a T. I believe going through this removed several problems that have been occuring.

Having said this I still am running into some problems:
1) Upon start-up I see a few processes in the task manager running that probably shouldn't be there. SZNTSvc.exe for one, but there are several others that I'm not sure should not be there.

2) After Start-up I see 1 or 2 IEXPLORE.EXE process running, even though I do not have any internet browsers open.

3) When opening a browser I get a menu bar at the bottom with links to travel, music, casino, mortgage, etc... and a search window. Also there is typically a pop-up that springs up

4) Some web pages are not viewable when the IEXPLORE.EXE mentione in #2 are running. If I kill them, I can view the pages I want, but the same IEXPLORE.EXE comes back.


I hope there is some help out there. Again I have followed the "Basic spyware, trojan and Virus removal" thread.
