Looking for control to attach file to a FormMail type form

Hi,
Do you know of an easy to use control for attaching files to a web form?

I am looking to create a web page with a form where I can attach a file. Currently when a user submits the form I get all the data from the form emailed to me but rather than get the file that was attached I get the users' local path to the file.

it sounds like you may have an error in your email script, as the file should be sent with the email, unless their are parameters set in place which only allows a certain file size to be sent as an attachment.

If you don't mind using server space you could always have the file uploaded to a server, but if you do this make sure you have good validation in place to make sure that only certain file types can be uploaded, the last thing you want is someone with a bit of know-how finding your un-validated upload form
