looking for help...

hello all, thank you for taking a look at my message. i am a new user and have no idea what has happened to my pc. everything is running extremely slow, to the point that it is non functioning for 3-4 minutes. someone suggested i run and post hijack this. i'd really appreciate any suggestions. Have you run a full virus scan with latest virus updates?
Have you run a scan using Ad-Aware? - http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Have you defragged recently and used Disc Cleanup?
Deleted Temporary Internet files, cleared net history?

And finally, a scan with the following 3 tools never hurts!
