...capable of supporting two 533Mhz RAM modules, a 533 FSB intel processor, PCIe slot AND HAS TWO IDE ATA SLOTS ON IT! That's the hard part. I don't want a rack alternative. Preferrably ASUS or Gigabyte, excluding P4 Titan.

I'm assuming you have a fee IDE/PATA drives you want to use? I have a better solution for you: IDE to SATA converters. no point wasting space and having bulky cables for IDE devices

Here are examples. They shouldnt be hard to find, and exist in this dimension ;) http://www.cooldrives.com/ide-to-sata.html

Your suggestion has been well taken into consideration. I must ask - can one of those converters output two SATA cables in case one I have two drives on a single IDE?(master/slave)EDIT: Nevermind google answered me. Niiiiiice. :) Meanwhile I still need a motherboard to support 533 Mhz memories and CPU with a PCIe interface.

    533mhz RAM = DDR2-533 = PC2-4200

assuming thats the RAM you meant (which I would not use, seeing that you can get 2GB of DDR2-667 for under $50 these days) Then the CPU speed you are looking at is actually 1066 FSB after being doubled.

That opens a ton of options to you, as those are the most common intel motherboards on the market today. I'm partial to Asus or Abit boards, like the Asus P5 series (careful, there are lots of them ;-) ) or the Abit IP35 series.

Those would be my picks, but I'm sure others have some good opinions of other boards as well.

I'm sorry but I'm on the edge with money and right now I need the cheapest solution for a new mobo and video card. I even plan on selling my old ones to compensate for the money.
