Looking for recording device

Happy Holidays yous guys :drool
Hey I am looking for a FREE softwaren program that will allow me to record videos plaing in a web page. Like those flash videos I can never even enlarge. I looked around the net but all the software I find is extreemly expensive and I am on a small retirement pennsion, so if it's free it's for me.
Just thought I'd ask and see if yous might know of one.
Im running Vista home pro.

There is a add-on for the Mozilla FireFox browser that will do exactly that. Both are free.

If you do install FF, look in the tools in the browser menu and click add ons, then click extensions, and then get extensions. Look for Download Helper at FireFox's plug-in page.
