Looking for Step by Step Tutorials

Hi guys! Once again I am intrigue with this obsession on moddifing my computer. I am looking for some tutorials on how to cut aluminium and plastic using a dremel. I recently bough one and I just wanted to know what kind of bits I would need. I wanted to make a whole in front of my plastic case but I also didn't wanna try it out and end up with big cracks on my case. I have a 300-n/55.

Are you talking about cutting a hole in your bezel or making a case window.

If it's an 80mm hole you want to make for a fan, it may be easier and quicker to use an 80mm hole saw that you attach to your drill.

the link was broken but thanks. I would be posting some pics of my current projects that I have done with my dremel, but I am still looking to make that big hole in front of my case.

 

I'd still recommend a hole-saw for that.

There is a section in here that has a picture of a drill-mounted hole saw, and it was used to drill a 120mm hole in the bezel for a fan. Should tell you all you need to know hopefully.
