Looking for the old PC game "SURVIVAL"

Hi everyone.
I am trying to find the old Post-apocalypse game SURVIVAL. You had to rebuild your city and send out expeditions into the wasteland and such. It must be at least 15 years old, I think. But I can't help missing it. Does anyone have a clue as to where I can look for it? Googling anything with games and survival just ends up in a flood of "survival horror" hits, and I am not very wise in the where and how of old game banks

 

Good call Major Attitude, but I'm afraid that it is not the game i am thinking of. Altough of course I might just give that it a whirl any ol' ways
