looking for this appearance app

just trying to rack my brain for the name of the app and having no luck finding it..

it was basically an advanced appearance customizer, and one of the features was a slider that adjusted how "flat" 3d objects in windows would appear..

if anyone can post some ideas it would be greatly appreciated!
