Looking for way to auto backup USB to HD

    I use Flash drives to keep common work files with me. I would like a way to automatically backup the usb flash drive when I plug it into my computer at work or at home. I do NOT want compression.

    I know that Microsoft makes a tool for this but they don't support Vista. I need a solution for both XP and Vista. Being able to update the flash drive before it is removed would be helpful too.

    Any suggestions?
