Looking For Win10/64 C Compiler

    Hi! I am looking for a C/C++ compiler for Windows that supports both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows. It has to have a lot of optimization options, target system files and drivers, and be free or inexpensive. Any recommendations?

    I just downloaded the Community Edition of Visual Studio and need a tutorial. Where can I find one? Also, how do I install it on a WinXP/32 system without internet?
