I bought a slim cased acer pc for internet/normal home use. and I seen that its pretty crammed in there. I was looking to updating my heatsink/fan combo with the scythe Shuriken Rev. B as I think this is the only one that could fit.

Would that work good? I see it only pushed 31 or so CFM, would that be enough? I'm not sure what the stock one pushes but its seems to only get around 1700rpm ( I'm monitoring the temps with CPUID hardware monitor ).
Id rather be safe than sorry with the temps. People say just monitor it and if it doesnt get higher than 60 or 65c it should be alright. Id rather spend a little more now and keep the CPU and MB somewhat more cooled if possible than it is now.

I was going to just upgrade the fan that is on the heatsink now, but it comes in at a weird size 114mm. so I guess I could only get a 120mm but then what about the fan mounts?

Like I said Id rather replace the heatsink/fan combo to keep it a bit cooler I only have like 2.5-2.75" off the MB and 4.75-5.0 wide and length.

Id rather replace the fan before the heatsink, but because of the odd size its easier to replace the whole thing.
