Looking to upgrade my computer. Advice?

    Hp Pavilion p6-2120t
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64
    Intel Pentium G630 @ 2.70GHz
    4GB ram (max at 8GB)

    I run Photoshop CS3 extended, I do a lot of video editing and sound editing for a band, I listen to a lot of music, I run some games WOW and Sims 2-3. My on board graphics and sound just isn't cutting it at all. I have no idea what to look for however as far as the limits of my system. Can anyone help me out?

    My budget? Well I don't have one at the moment but I'd guess maybe $200-$250. Sorry I didn't reply sooner I had to send my pc in for repair and I have to send it back in again.
