I just set up a Netgear mr814v2 wireless router in my offices network (yes I am the administrator). It works just fine wired and the wireless works just fine if unsecured, but if I try to use WEP 64 bit or 128 I get "limited or no connectivity" and of course no internet. It only supports WEP type encryption. I have the newest firmware.

    Please help.

Grasping at straws: I ran into a similar problem with a Linksys WRT54GS, if I used a long encryption phrase for the key (30+ characters). If you have a relatively long encryption phrase, you might want to try dropping it back to something short and simple like "ABC123" for testing, just to see if it makes a difference. If that works, start ramping the length and complexity up from there and see where it breaks again--then back off from the max a little bit.

    ...Just a thought.

What OS? Are you letting windows manage the wireless or using wireless software from Netgear? I would let windows manage it. Create a wireless profile ahead of time and that always seems to work.
