Losing connection

I'm trying to download SetupRubies095.exe so I can play the online game on cyberwar.net. But every time no matter from what site I try to download I lose connection for some reason. No just that it stops downloading but I can load any sites. I have to restart my pc to be able to use the internet. I not sure it it's the download manager(leech get) that's is the problem. I'm not sure what to do. If anyone can help asap, I would really appreciate it. Really want to play the game it looks cool. LOL. thnx in advance

ok well I was able to download it be when I install and click play a screen pops like its about to load and then it disappears and I get two error messages one after the other.

1:couldn't set to DirectX 3d mode

2: Error Init Renderer

if anyone can help me out with this.
