Losing Internet Connection When...

When I turn on or wake up my Windows 7 laptop, all other PCs in the house (All Windows 7) temporarily drop internet connectivity for about a minute.

My laptop is the only one that seems to cause the problem. I wasn't sure if this would be best posted under software or hardware so I started here.

Laptops all use DHCP.
Tried restarting router. (Comcast Arris WiFi modem/router)
Flush DNS.
No apparent malware.

The laptop has 2 Microsoft Virtual WiFi adapters which are always disconnected so I disabled them.

Tried Googling the issue but can't seem to dig up anything related to my issue.

Any input or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Does the problematic device cause this problem via Wifi, Ethernet or both? Please test.

How are the other devices being connected?

What model of router/modem are you using?
