lost camera drivers

i have a polaroid a310 and i want to use it as a web cam (i checked the user guide and it says it has that capability) but unfortunately i lost the cd it came with (it had all the drivers and everything and i can't find them on the net so i really need some help with this)

and don't tell me to go out and buy a webcam i'm a cheapskate and don't want to get asked why i am doing it

thanks guys this really helped but just one problem with the way the camera sees everything

whenever i put it in my room when it is lit on average it is pitch black on the camera, but then when i light up the romm like the sun (at night btw but day or night it is all the same) all i can see is a siliowette of myself (looks like i'm on gangland or something just need to make my voice sound deep lol)

well hope you guys come up with a solution to make the camera view objects better
maybe after i get all this working i can use skype video conferencing (i just need a good place to put the camera which dosen't stand and the usb cable is right next to the tripod attachment)

 

"the silhouette of yourself" is from not focused lens.So for sharpening the focus use the settings on your camera.
On the site that I posted above is the user guide for your camera.So use it.Good Luck!!!!

 

i already tried all the settings in the camera as i possibly can it isn't working

You're the one that decided that you didn't want to buy a $10 webcam and wouldn't accept any advice. Sucks to be you.

 

i am really starting to not care about this anymore for some reason my parents don't want me to have a webcam so i am being cheap

 

Parent's should watch there kids sometime. Read the lounge of people (kids) taking pictures.
