Lost In Translation (language Dimorphism)

Some of the programs in my control panel have foreign characters (probably japanese) and run in said language. However virtually all my other programs run in english which is the only language I read and speak. The issue is I may soon need to use these control panel items, in order to ensure make graphics cards are dong what they're supposed to.

I used to use a few programs that ran in a japanese locale prior to making the upgrade, after the upgrade the program I was using to run the japanese locale for the specific programs that needed it disappeared without me realizing it, and found myself with both the control panel items for my intel hd graphics, as well as NVidia graphics cards had switched from english to whatever language they are now currently in.

I would like to know how to fix this issue.

 

Look in control panel for Language and reset it to whatever you want. The exact control panel wording varies with which version of Windows you are using so it always helps to say.
