My daughter has an HP laptop. She was having an issue with overheating. Sent it to HP and the replaced the fan. When she got it back it would give here a blue screen. I called HP they said they are not responsible all they did was replace fan. She went to do a system restore and it shut down. so now it does nothing, She went to use a usb boot disk and grabbed an Aleinware boot disk (usb) so it wrote over the hard drive. How do i resurrect it. Its A HP 2000-329wm, product QE334ua#ABA with Win 7. Any help would be good. There is no back up disks but i do have Alienware win7 usb. How do i fix it or erase everything and install alienware win 7

Call HP support. They will get you the disks for your system. You may have to pay a little something, but likely worth it.

Most bsod's (blue screen of deaths) are driver related over half, but since it shutdown it looks like a hardware issue. When HP replaced the fan they should have also replaced the motherboard and heat sink. Once powered back up and OS is hosed call HP for the disk and drivers.
