Lost pst file or local settings file

Lost all OUTLOOK pst files. Actually It appears that my local setting file has become invisible… I can not find the file but when I walk down the tree it does not show up when I do a search; when I do a search and walk it through I see the pst file I am looking for but in no way can I seem to import or open it in OUTLOOK

Looking to save the 1000 email addresses and many saved emails so for any help I thank you in advance.

Note: This location is a hidden folder. To use Windows Explorer to navigate to this folder, you must first turn on the display of hidden folders. In Windows Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Folder Options. On the View tab, under Advanced Settings, under Files and Folders, under Hidden files and folders, select Show hidden files and folders. If you want to see all file name extensions, clear the Hide extensions for known file types check box.

Hidden folders appear dimmed to indicate they are not typical folders.
