lost thread

I dont know where to put this, but I posted a thread when I was last here around 10_25-04 and now I cannot find the thread. If anyone can help me find this I would appreciate as my dad is here today and the information was for him.

Just post your question again. We get so many threads a day that it may be buried deep. If you need the info now, ask again. At the end of your post, select to subscribe to the thread, so you will know when there are replies.

 

no it was about screensavers, my dad downloaded too much onto his computer and he had like 10 of each of his programs, so he had to go in and delete them. But he cannot figure how to delete the extra screensavers

 

Do a search for file names that end in .scr That will bring up all the screensavers on your computer.

Then you delete the ones you dont want anymore.
