Lost Vista password

Hello,
I am not sure if this is thr eight place to post, or if anyone can post an answer on here.
At work we have a few Test PC's for testing new software.
One of the machines is dual Boot XP/Vista,
the person who set up this PC is no longer with the company, and is unable or unwilling to provide the password.
As we need access to some of the information contained within the profile is there anyway to gain access without knowing the profile password, or is all lost?
Please help, I understand certain things may not be able to be posted, please PM or e-mail me some help
