   Anti-virus: I currently use MS Security Essential. The database is still updated.

   Anti-malware: Malwarebytes.
   
   This is on four Windows 7 computers one of which is Pro 32 bit.
   
   Good luck with finding a spam block! People have been dealing with blocking spam for decades.

   I use Gmail, which comes with its own spam block and user filters. I get maybe 1-2 junk mail a week (often none).
