lots of connections to port 10080

hi all

when i peforme netstat, get hundreds of tcp connections from ports 1000 to 5000 to localhost:10080 close_wait, and never disappears...

like this:

TCP PAPOTO:2918 localhost:10080 CLOSE_WAIT

get one or two when restart, and more and more later
i run spybot and adaware and doesn´t found any spyware and the tcp port 10080 appears filtered
if i perform netstat -bo, get this on each of that connections:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mswsock.dll
c:\windows\system32\WS2_32.dll
-- componentes desconocidos -- <-- (unknown components?)
[svchost.exe]
