Lots of problems If ANYONE could help me PLEASE

1. Can't get system restore to come up. It's just a plain white box.
2. When downloading something I don't have the option to run from the location.
3. When you go to search on the start to look for files on your computer I don't have the box to put in what I am looking for and where to look for it.
4. On msn I can go to my e mail page but I can not check my e mail or when I go to my bank page and put in my password I can't check my account.
5. I have encrypted files and need to find all of them so I can fix them. I know how to fix them just don't know how to find them.

What version of windows are/were you running?

 

make sure you unencrypt those files or save your key. once you reinstall windows without that key those files are gone forever
