Im glad they banned it, i wish they ban it here. Its like dude wear pants that fit or at least wear a belt!

watching a guy run to catch the bus or something while holding up his pants with both hands because there down to his knees (which i've seen several times) is very comical though LOL

 

Its just indecent exposure with lack of forethought

 

They are working on simila legistlation in Dallas. The likly defendents are claiming it's racely motivated, except the councilman pushing for it is also black. Go figure.

Reminds me of a funny story at my old house (in Louisiana). I laughed like crazy watching my neighbor mow his yard wearing baggy pants. It took him about an hour and a half to mow a yard I could have done in 15 mins or so. Why? He was wearing super baggy pants, no belt, and was using a mower with the safety feature that kills the engine if you let go of the handle.

Mow 5 steps, let go of mower (killing the mower) pull up pants, restart mower, mow for 5 steps, pull up pants restart mower...rolleyes

Why outlaw entertainment like this?

I think the term used to describe this condition is "Saggin-n-Baggin"

I remember watching an episode of "Cops" and some bagger was running from the cops, he got tangled up in his own drawers and fell down
The cops were laughing so hard & they didn't even have to run after him.

I got this pic in an email called "Rules of Texas"- Rule#1: Pull up your pants, you look like an idiot!

 

Next step, ban the girls wearing pants too low, so that it shows their g-string.

I heard the baggy pants started in prison. you arent allowed a belt and 99% of the time, the pants didnt fit. It came to the streets because when they would get out of prision they got accustomed to the baggy pants style and would wear it in public. So you were considered "cool" if you wore baggy pants cuz that means you just got out of prision and you must be "cool" to have been in prison. rolleyes

 

i'd vote for that ban.. I dont need to see all that :major
