Hi all ... i need to replace my ram, looking for ddr2 the cpu is athlon 64x2 5000 black , the mobo supports 800mhz and has some OC'ing options which i plan to use *again* lol but i think i have injured my ram, anyhow the ram is one of 2 of the only generic things left in the machine so i cant go wrong replacing it!
I ihave 4 dimms on the mobo so i plan to get 4x 1024mb modules, but lol i can only afford 2 at this moment .... real tight budget but want to get something that will run over the odds...something i can OC without it going pop right away lol...

The mobo has nvidia chipset, nothing super special but the bios has the key OC'ing options i need

Also the store im going to use as referance is the lowest price one i know of myself in the UK, but they have only 5 brands...Generic, Geil, Kingston, OCZ, and Corsair ...... im not branded on ram...so all but generic sit good on my plate, these are the two or three i have looked at and been interested in :)

    Corsair TwinX 2048Mb DDR2-6400 (2x1024Mb) w/ Heat Spreaders - £28.99 inc.VAT

    OCZ EPP 2Gb (2X1024Mb) PC2-6400 DDR2 Dual Chan SLI Cert - £31.40 inc.VAT

The kingston ones they have in this store look to my half uneducated eye to be less desirable..the top two have 4-4-4-1 latency and the kingston one for same price has 5-5-5-? ..but i dont know much about latency lol , latency = lag? anyhow thats a different question.... of these two modules up there would you say would be better? im more inclined to go OCZ only because there is a lot more gabble and info on the ocz page lol

then after that if you have another module or brand close or at these prices which would be maybe either more reliable or faster or a combo ..please let me knoe..i also saw the OCZ reaper one...but i dont know if i will be needing that much cooling

    thank you!
