Low profile, quiet low power video card?

I don't really need anything high end, i would be content with something midrange preferably if it doesn't go over $100.

I always despised noisy video cards so i am hoping someone knows of a quiet one.

I needed a low profile , low powered one since i will only use a 300 watt psu. I wanted it to watch hd movies and perhaps some gaming on medium high settings.

I heard of people using some decent low profile video cards on low psu's even with something like 3 hard drives, and other added hardware.


Can someone help with some recommendations?
