Low Resources

i keep getting this dangrously low resources all i have running in msconfig is

Msnmsgr
ScanRegistry
SystemTray
LoadPowerProfile ( 2 of these )
LoadQM
run=


i done a scan for spyware updated my spybot i always clean my temp files did a virus scan and a defrag but still keeps appearing low system resources some programs may not run

im on 320ram and i havent got many programs in add/remove any know somthin to help me please

 

windows millenium edition, its weird i havent got system restore i removed it and went back to using windows media player 6 so windows wauld run better but it doesnt

 

Probably the only thing that will come close to a possible solution is the msnmsgr, which is the MSN Messenger Service. I also noticed that you have the ScanRegistry running at startup, but shouldn't be really a problem. systray is required, also the powerprofile is required too. I'm not sure about the LoadQM though. It has been 2 years since I ran the Win9x kernels

 

Wasn't there a DOS Memory manager that has QM as part of the name, something like Quarter Master or Quarter Deck or something like that? It might be this ???
