Low Windows Experience Index Help ?

I just got a new computer, here's the basic specs.
2 Duo CPU E6850 3.0 GHz
2.0 GB RAM
GeForce 8800GTX
So I buy Halo 2, and I go to load it and the computor says I need a Windows Experience Index of 3 but my base score is 2.2 I have Win Vista Preium . My graphics reading is 2.2 what do I need to do.
I don't even know if this is software related. Does someone know about this, please help? TNX

 

It may have given you a number without video drivers etc installed. Just make sure all drivers are up to date and click on start control panel then system and it will have windows experience index highlighted in blue click that and recheck

I thought about this and down loaded up to date drivers , for the video card and my new monitor. On my old computor because my new one hasn't been conected yet. I have a 2mb USB plug thing. Idon't know if it will down load to it, if it doesn't i'll have to wait untill I get hooked up. I think drivers are programing and I don't know if I can download programing to these data transferers. I'm waiting on my new DSL modem. Say, IBBONKERS do you know if I delete the driver for the monitor to load the updated one, will the computor work without a driver (doesn't Windows support it during the upgrade). TNX again for answering.

 

I downloaded the new drivers

And installed them , nothing changed. If I have to bring it back, I'll do it monday . thanks Any more ideas? ? ? ?

 

Did you click the update score, you have to do that for it to change.

TNX for your responce , I think I'll take it back where I bought it. Let the experts work on it. Unless anyone else has any more ideas??
