LSP-fix

How can one learn how to use this properly.
Meaning, I understand every driver/program (legitimate programs) will install themselves into the LSP and sometimes there are malware type LSP's.
Is the only way to know which LSPs are good and bad, to know what each program adds to the LSP?
ie-AVG will add file 123.abc, Norton will add 454.dtp, (as an example).

 

Thanks for reminding me, but wanted to know if that list is possible to DL somehow?
Other than copy/paste/print hate wasting paper for nothing.
