lyra driver problems

I have a RCA Lyra 2765 and I cannot get it to work with Yahoo Music. I believe that the problem is being caused by a driver issue. Windows is recognizing it a a "generic volume". In order for it to work with Yahho it needs to be recognized as a Windows Portable Device. Windows is not accepting the drivers that came with the device or the updated ones from the RCA website. This problem only occurs on my 2 computes. The device itself is regognized properly on other systems.

I have all winupdates installed and reinstalled win media 10 several times. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
