So i have returned after a long break from mg's to make a post about a recent project i have been working on. Website is geekoc.com, check it out, soon to be finished. But wondered if anyone else has gotten into military vehicles as a hobby.

Basicly turned on old M109A3 into a ham radio / extreme camping vehicle. Been a really fun project, got lots of learning in.

I'm sure that I drove that model, at some point in my Air Force career. The first four years, as an Firefighter. We had a brush/grass firetruck, a water/foam airfield tanker, and a 500 GPM pumper. Went into the Air Force Reserve, and cross trained as a heavy equipment operator. I did my training school, with the US Army. There were lots of 2 1/2 ton trucks at the school. A different water tanker, and a dump truck....wobbles
