MAC addreess related

    hi all

    i have two pc's with LAN 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 with mask of 255.255.255.0 through arp -a command i know the second mechines (192.168.1.2) MAC address.

    but can i ping or enable any service which uses only mac address

    in short i want to connect both pc but without puting ip address

    is any service can give me the access to second pc without using ip address
