Here is an easy way to check your local subnet Mac Adresses.
I saw a program that was kind of bloated and thought this would work.

It does the trick, just change the first 3 octets to match your address.
Once you have the MACs, then check to see what devices are on your network.
Some may be risky, Just verify their existence.
IEEE has a public file that can help you to know who made the card.
If you see something funny, track down the device.

Sounds like it would be of limited use. Anyone who knows enough to be a script kiddie and break into your network has already spoofed his MAC.
