If I install a new networking card on my computer will my MAC address change?

if the new card is replacing a currently installed card, then yes it will. the MAC addy's are "on the hardware".

thanks, also, it will be replacing the networking port on my mobo.

If it replacing the Onboard NIC make sure that you log into the computer's BIOS and disable the onboard NIC.
