Mac Internet problem

I have an iBook G4. Recently it crashed and had to be completely reloaded. I like listening to NHL hockey live on the internet as I live in Japan now and can't watch any games. Before the computer crashed it was no problem.

Now, when I try to listen to the game a pop up comes up that says " Cannot open the file. Verify that the path and filename are correct and try again." I've downloaded and installed the the Windows Media update but it still won't work.

It's also happens when I try and watch hockey highlights...

any ideas apprediated....
