Mac Outlook Express Problem

    When I try to launch Outlook Express on my iMac running Os 9, I get the following message:


    "Outlook Express did not launch, type 1 error occurred,
    not enough memory"

    I tried to add memory, without any luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?
