mac to a pc network

    my house has a wireless network. 3 PCs are connected and can access the internet. i was wondering how to get the mac to connect to the network and access the internet. the PCs are 2000 pro, XP home, and XP pro. the mac is an imac with Mac OS 9.1.

    also i was wondering if you can use a router to connect to a pre-existing network or do i have to use a USB network adaptor.
