I'm in the process of making a website for my school.
Pictures from an event were taken with a digital camera, loaded onto the iMac at school, and saved onto a CD. Problem is, the .jpg files won't open on my Windows-based computer or any other I've tried.

Any idea on how to view/edit these pics on my computer, and then get them up on the server?

Once I'm done of the website, I need to load everything to the server from home by Friday night (in a big storm, check out the live cam, so can't get out). Any good free ftp program you'd recommend?

    Thanks all...

I would try either IfanView or XnView to see if they will open your Mac jpgs and if they do open save them back as jpgs with a slightly different name.

As for free FTP try SmartFTP it will after 30days popup a random days with a register box but thats more for none home users, its anoying but the program more than makes up for that extra mouse click.
