Macbook Pro 16 Inch 2019 Help

Hi all, I spent 3k on a new MacBook Pro 16 inch, and I have a weird occurrence when I am playing one of my games on it.

It makes a weird pop or crackling noise thru the audio and the game freezes and I have to kill the program w/ command shift and esc.

It literally only does it when I play this game.

I have no problems with any other games or using the internet.

I am having trouble understanding why a brand new MacBook would be doing this. Any help or suggestions?

oh yea my laptop also gets very hot when I am playing this game. Other games it doesn't.

 

Because it's new you should contact the supplier or Apple.
