   Hi,I've upgraded to XP Pro,when I go surfing on the net I get this popup from Macromedia Flash Player 7 telling me if I want to install it. Do I need it,is it safe,free from adware and spyware. ( Pros and Cons ) What should I do,a little help here plz.

   If you goto sites that have flash content then you will need Flash Player for them to work, its safe to install ( and by installling it you dont get nagged to install it all the time when surfing sites that use flash )
   
   I've never come across any problems or spyware issues with having it installed...
