Macromedia Flash & Sun Java

Using Secunia PSI, I found that I have 4 or 5 versions of Macrocedia Flash and also Sun Java. I would like to get rid of all but the latest version, but can't find a way to delete them. In the Control Panel, I only have one "flash". and one "Java". If I remove them in the Control Panel, will it delete all versions. Is there a way to delete each one seperately? Thanks in advance.

Where are you finding all these version located? Maybe you could provide a screen shot? I'm wondering if what you are seeing is the download .exe file to install and not the actual program.

 

I am using Secunia program. It lists programs that are insecure and another list of "end of life programs". In Control Panel,there is only 2 Sun Java,one is Runtime. There is one Macromedia Flash. It is 7.0. I don't know where to find the ones listed with Secunia or how to delete or remove them. I would like to just clean out all Sun Java and Macromedia Flash. and just install the latest version of each. Thanks for any help you can give me.
