Mail icon in Control Panels

Hello all,

I have Win XP and Office XP and with outlook I am using an Exchange server. however when I go to open outlook it seems to have the settings of Outlook Express. and when I go to the Mail icon in the Control Panels it also has the Express settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled office all together and outlook still have Outlook Express settings it will not give me an option to setup exchange only internet email. any ideas how to fix this?
