Mail Washer new account problems

I looked at my mail account, incoming mail POP3 and outgoing mail SMTP in Outlook Express, then entered it into Mail Washer's "new account set up".

I get an error message stating that I can't use it with multiple accounts. I'm only using one account with OE.

I guess I'm lost as to what I'm supposed to enter in the fields for setting up a new account in Mail washer.

In the freeware version, you can only have one email address. If you go to pro, you can have multiple addresses in it.

 

I only have one e-mail address.

I thought Mail Washer would automatically find your regular e-mail account when first installed.

 

You're right. It did. I was a little confused since the new account window opened automatically.

It's up and running now. I've noticed that it doesn't filter all of my mail. Some of the messages/spam appear to bypass Mail Washer and show up in my OE inbox.


Is there a reason for this?

While you are seeing them in Mailwasher, right click on them and add then to the blacklist.

 

Some of the messages aren't getting to Mail Washer. They are going directly to my OE inbox
